How long does a made to order bed take?

Lead times depend on the design. The estimated lead time is shown on the product page or at checkout.

What happens after I order?

Our team will be in touch within 1 working day to confirm your order. Production then begins, and every bed is quality checked before it's packed.

How is my bed delivered?

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Larger items may be delivered by a specialist courier, who may contact you to arrange a delivery date. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Can I return a made to order bed?

Made to order items can't be returned for a change of mind. If your bed arrives damaged or faulty, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll help with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I see the fabric before I order?

Yes. You can order up to 6 free fabric swatches.

Can I add a mattress to my order?

Yes. Many of our beds include a mattress option on the product page, so you can add one while you customise your bed.
