Please note that the delivery charges listed above do not apply to the following areas:
We do offer delivery to these areas; however, a delivery surcharge may apply depending on the order and location.

Standard delivery is doorstep delivery.
Some larger items may arrive flat-packed and require simple assembly.
If you have specific access restrictions (stairs, narrow hallways, lifts), please inform us before delivery so we can assist accordingly.
If no one is available to receive your order, a re-delivery charge may apply. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange your delivery date.
Your order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
