Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Loft Home, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order, as certain items have specific return conditions

 

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are subject to the following terms:

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for bespoke items
  • Returns are only accepted in case of damage or manufacturing fault
  • Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the delivery
  • Please provide clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item
    • External and internal packaging
  • Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable

Return Window

  • Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and does not affect your statutory rights.
