Purchase of Products:

Before Delivery:

Please ensure a clear path to the desired room for the furniture. Any costs arising from facilitating delivery, such as removing doors or windows, will not be borne by Home & Love. Our delivery responsibility extends only to your front door.

While we always aim to provide accurate delivery and lead times, we cannot be held accountable for any losses resulting from reasonable delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If, due to access issues or missed delivery appointments, a furniture piece cannot be delivered, it remains the customer's property. Any subsequent delivery attempts by Kdmd Ventures Ltdwill incur a delivery fee.

 

Post Delivery (Guarantee):

Some of our products are covered by a guarantee. If the product is covered by a guarantee, the length of the guarantee will be specified in the products description . This guarantee does not cover defects, faults, or damages resulting from general wear and tear or misuse. Misuse includes not adhering to care guidelines provided by us or available on www.Kdmd Ventures Ltd. Should you notice any defect, please contact the store of purchase or our dedicated service department at 0330 043 0008 promptly. This guarantee is applicable only for domestic purchases within Mainland U.K. and does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect your purchased goods thoroughly and sign a dispatch note confirming the receipt of the items in good condition. If you identify any defect in your furniture, please note it on the dispatch note or inform us in writing as soon as possible. If the defect falls under our guarantee, we will either repair the item or, at our discretion, provide a replacement.

If you report defect within the specified time frame and our inspection confirms it's covered by our guarantee, we'll take necessary actions to rectify the issue to your satisfaction. If, after providing a replacement once, we're unable to meet your expectations due to faulty items, we reserve the right to collect the faulty goods, refund any due amounts, and consider the order cancelled.

Goods not fully paid for before delivery remain the property of Kdmd Ventures LtdLtd until full payment is received.

Your order might not be accepted due to several reasons, including but not limited to:

• Lead Time: Due to the custom nature of the product, lead times for bespoke beds may vary. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
• Cancellations & Returns: Given the custom nature of bespoke beds, cancellations or changes to the order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds. Returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or not as described.
• Warranty: We ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and provide a warranty for bespoke bed for a period of one year. Any issues arising from wear and tear or misuse are not covered.

 

Special Order Tiles / Bathroom Products:

• Ordering: Special order tiles are not regularly stocked and are ordered specifically for the customer. It's essential to order a sufficient quantity, considering potential breakages or future replacements, as shade variations might occur between batches.
• Lead Time & Deliver: Delivery times for special order tiles can vary. An estimated delivery date will be provided upon order confirmation. Tiles and bathroom products may be delivered on a pallet and left kerbside. Please ensure you make arrangements to avoid issues upon delivery.
• Cancellations & Returns: Cancellations for special order tiles can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may incur a restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty or damaged tiles and must be reported within a specified period after delivery.
• Shade Variations: Due to the nature of tiles, slight shade variations might occur. It's recommended to mix tiles from different boxes during setting to achieve a natural blend.
• Installation: It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the tiles are suitable for the intended area and that they are installed correctly. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation.
• Warranty: The warranty for special order tiles might differ from other products. It typically covers manufacturing defects but not issues arising from installation or wear and tear.

 

Payment:
