Personalisation

After placing your order, please send us the name or text you would like on your rug, along with any colour preferences. We will confirm the design with you before production begins.

Delivery

Each rug is handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery to UK addresses. You will receive tracking details once your rug has been dispatched.

Care

• Vacuum regularly without a beater bar or rotating brush
• Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth – do not rub
• Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning
• Rotate occasionally for even wear
• Use a non-slip rug underlay on hard floors

Please Note

As each rug is handmade, slight variations in size (up to ±3%), colour and texture are natural and part of its character. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and room lighting.

We offer two types of delivery service:

Standard Delivery – FREE OF CHARGE – 5 to 10 days;

Express Delivery – 3 to 5 days at £35 (max. 4 items).  All additional items will be charged with £11/item.

Exclusions: Please note the delivery charges previously quoted will not cover areas in N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and some remote UK postcodes. We do offer delivery services in the above-mentioned areas, however there is a delivery surcharge applied based on the order. Please contact customer service team if you live in these areas before placing an order.

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are subject to the following terms:

• Change of mind returns are not accepted for bespoke items
• Returns are only accepted in case of damage or manufacturing fault
• Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery
• Claims reported after this period may not be accepted

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the delivery
• Please provide clear photographs of:
• The damaged item
• External and internal packaging
• Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable

Return Window

• Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and does not affect your statutory rights.
