Inside The Wardrobe

Behind the sliding fronts you get hanging rails and shelving, giving you full-height storage for everything from long coats to folded jumpers.

Doors And Fronts

The doors slide along the frame rather than swinging outwards, so the piece works opposite a bed or in a narrow room where a hinged door would never clear. The fronts are finished in a panelled style, giving the piece depth and shadow rather than a flat, featureless face.

Finish

Finished in Planked Oak and Drawers Graphite. The surfaces wipe clean with a dry cloth, so upkeep takes minutes and needs no special products.

Assembly

It arrives flat packed across 14 boxes, with all fixings and step-by-step instructions included.

Optional Professional Assembly

If you'd rather not build it yourself, professional assembly can be added as an optional extra at checkout for £160, with our team building it for you in the room of your choice.

Delivery

Your delivery date is arranged with you in advance and confirmed before the day. The order is brought to your door. Our delivery team is not able to carry items upstairs or into a room of choice, so please make sure there is clear access on the day.

Before You Order

Please check that doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts on the route are suitable. Measure the narrowest point, including any tight turns on stairs or landings, and allow room to manoeuvre. Then check the finished dimensions above against the space where it will stand, including ceiling height.

We offer two types of delivery service:

Standard Delivery – FREE OF CHARGE – 5 to 10 days;

Express Delivery – 3 to 5 days at £35 (max. 4 items).  All additional items will be charged with £11/item.

Exclusions: Please note the delivery charges previously quoted will not cover areas in N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and some remote UK postcodes. We do offer delivery services in the above-mentioned areas, however there is a delivery surcharge applied based on the order. Please contact customer service team if you live in these areas before placing an order.

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are subject to the following terms:

• Change of mind returns are not accepted for bespoke items
• Returns are only accepted in case of damage or manufacturing fault
• Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery
• Claims reported after this period may not be accepted

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the delivery
• Please provide clear photographs of:
• The damaged item
• External and internal packaging
• Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable

Return Window

• Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account
